La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) publicó el pasado día 20 de mayo de 2016, las TESIS y JURISPRUDENCIAS en MATERIA LABORAL, destacando los siguientes rubros:

1. SINDICATOS. REQUISITOS CUYA SATISFACCIÓN DEBE VERIFICAR LA JUNTA TRATÁNDOSE DEL REGISTRO DE LAS ACTAS DE ASAMBLEA EN QUE SE CONSIGNA EL CAMBIO DE DIRIGENCIA.
2. PRUEBA PERICIAL EN DOCUMENTOSCOPIA. NO ES IDÓNEA, NI ÚTIL, POR SÍ SOLA, PARA DEMOSTRAR QUE LA SUSCRIPCIÓN DEL ESCRITO DE RENUNCIA SE OBTUVO EN FORMA COACCIONADA.
